I hope you guys are enjoying the Tampa weather! Is it just me, or are we getting a longer spring than normal?
Last week my Tuesday morning started bright and early with a trip to the Daytime studio. Cyndi Edwards chatted with me about special occasion looks for pre-teens and teens. If you missed the Daytime segment, you can watch it here: Daytime Prom Hair
I get lots of requests to copy celebrity styles, so we showcased looks inspired by Jennifer Lawrence, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift and Sarah Hyland. Bianca finished off the prom looks with beautiful makeup that was age appropriate. Whether you’re in high school or have kids who are, I’d love to hear what celebrities you draw hair inspiration from. Let me know in the comments.
On Thursday night our team of stylists was at A La Carte Pavilion for United Way Suncoast’s Ninth Annual Art of Giving event featuring Bill and Giuliana Rancic! As guests arrived we offered hair touch-ups. The transformations were amazing! Just a few minutes and some strategically places hair pins can totally change a look from daytime to evening. The crew at United Way Suncoast hosted an amazing event! We were honored to pamper the guests and to contribute to their silent auction. All proceeds raised benefit Summer Care, a United Way program providing safe, enriching out of school care and financial education to low and moderate income families. We can’t wait to do it again next year! Here are a few photos from the night. Promise not to laugh at the last one?
We had a fun week! Check back next week for more updates and [hopefully!] a baby announcement.
Yours in style,
